Privacy Policy

This policy covers croatiancle.org, including Croatian Heritage Night ticket orders and the organization sign-in portal.

What we collect

• Ticket orders: name, email address, phone number, and which tickets you purchased. Payment card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment form and are never sent to or stored on our servers.
• Organization sign-in: if you're a member organization or team member, we store your login email address (and, for Google or passwordless email sign-in, the fact that you've signed in) so you can access your organization's dashboard.

How we use it

• To process ticket orders and send you a confirmation email with your order and event details.
• To let event organizers know who purchased tickets, for seat/ticket allocation.
• To let you sign in to manage your organization's profile and events.

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Third-party services we use

• Stripe — processes payments. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Resend — sends order confirmation emails.
• Google / Firebase — used only if you choose to sign in with Google or a passwordless email link.
• Cloudflare — hosts this site and its database.

Data retention

We keep order and account records for as long as needed to run events and support past attendees, and delete them on request (see contact below).
